Words that
move people
toward themselves
I speak on the things that matter most — identity, purpose, biology, burnout, and what it truly means to thrive. Not just survive.
To be truly yourself in a world that has very specific ideas about who you should be takes courage.— Casey Benjamin, The Courage Project
The fullest human experience
of being you
My Mission
My personal purpose is to have the fullest human experience of being me — and to help others claim that same fullness for themselves. That's not a destination. It's a commitment to staying in motion, staying curious, and saying yes to the edges of our becoming, even when they feel uncomfortable or uncertain.
I believe the path to your most authentic life isn't a gentle stroll. It's a leap. And I exist to help people find the courage to take it — armed with self-knowledge, grounded in biology, and free from the shame that keeps so many of us small.
Whether I'm speaking on a podcast, facilitating a workshop, or taking a stage, my intention is always the same: to leave people feeling more seen, more understood, and more capable of living the life that is truly theirs.
"I spent years performing a version of myself that looked successful but felt hollow. Understanding my own nature — my biology, my identity, my deep sense of purpose — changed everything. Now I dedicate my work to helping others skip the decades of guessing and step into who they actually are."
A world where people stop outsourcing their identity to culture, systems, and other people's expectations — and instead build lives rooted in genuine self-knowledge, biological awareness, and the quiet, radical act of being exactly who they are.
Three values.
One philosophy.
We are not static beings. Growth is written into our nature — it's the pulse of human evolution, the force that moves us from who we were toward who we're becoming. To stop growing is to stop truly living. My personal purpose is to have the fullest human experience of being me, and to help others claim that same fullness for themselves. That's not a destination — it's a commitment to staying in motion, staying curious, and saying yes to the edges of our becoming even when they feel uncomfortable or uncertain.
When we can hold compassion for our own unique journey — with all its messiness, contradictions, and detours — we stop fighting ourselves and start living. Shame is not a tool for transformation. It never has been. Compassion creates the conditions for real change — for ourselves and for the people around us. When we extend that same grace outward, recognising that everyone is navigating their own deeply personal experience of being human, we can live alongside each other with more understanding and less judgment.
To be truly yourself in a world that has very specific ideas about who you should be takes courage. It requires thinking critically about the stories you've inherited, the boxes society has built for you, and the fear that shows up the moment you consider stepping outside them. The path to your most authentic life isn't a gentle stroll — it's a leap. Courage is what carries you through that fear and into your own identity, your own truth, your own way of moving through the world.
What I speak about —
and why it matters
Each topic is drawn from lived experience, research, and years of working with people on the edges of transformation. I weave science with story, biology with philosophy — and always bring people back to what's personally actionable.
"Don't see exactly what you need? Every talk is shaped around your audience and their specific context."

From intimate podcast conversations to full-day workshop facilitation, I bring the same core commitment to every room: leave people more equipped to live a life that's truly theirs.
Deep, honest conversation about identity, purpose, biology, burnout, and thriving. I bring both lived experience and research-backed insight — and make it personal and practical for your audience. Remote or in-person, long-form or focused.
Immersive, participatory workshops that go beyond theory. I create spaces where people genuinely explore — and begin to shift — their relationship with themselves. Perfect for teams, retreats, and community groups.
A signature talk that opens minds, moves hearts, and sends people home with something they won't forget. Currently developing keynote material around human identity, biological self-knowledge, and authentic thriving.
